    One-on-one support sessions

    Meet with one of our qualified nutritionists twice a month at a regular time that suits you. These sessions can be face-to-face or online.

We believe that healthy eating applies to everyone, yet looks different for everyone, that's why we haven't created a cookie cutter program. Your nutritionist will tailor and individualise all of the information to suit YOU and YOUR life!
